6600って10速アルテグラになりますが、現在がR8100(12速)、その前がR8000(11速)、6800(11速)、6700(10速)と続いてさらに前のモデル。
4世代前のアルテグラになります。
なぜこれがいまだに販売されているかというと、ジュニアカセットなんですよね。
10速の。
16-27Tの歯数構成は、こう。
16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-25-27T
これを使っている人がいるとは思わなくてちょっと驚いた。
そもそもトップ16Tはフレームに干渉するのではなあかという話や、スラント角の問題から変速調整はシビアになりそうな気がしますが、まだ売っているのよね。
16-27Tは。
まあ、当時はロー27Tでも軽いギア扱いでしたが、今の時代はロー34Tも珍しくない時代。
結局12速のジュニアカセットは出ない説が濃厚な気がしますが、ジュニアカセット勢からすると12速にするメリットがあまりないのでしょうか。
というよりも、14-28Tのジュニアカセット勢はまあまあいらっしゃいます。
どうせトップ11Tなんて使わないから…という人もいる気がしますが、個人的には13-30Tあたりがあれば欲しいかも。
スプロケットの選び方ってトップ/ローの必要歯数で選ぶでしょうけど、中には常用するギアがなるべくチェーンラインがまっすぐになるようにというところまで考えている人もいます。
理屈の上ではまっすぐな位置が最も駆動効率がいいわけだし。
痒いところに手が届くスプロケットを求める人が多いのか、やはり組み換え派もちらほらいますね。

名言を求めているわけではないのですよ。
見事に2位につけてますが、「ロードバイクを盗まれたことはありますか？」に対して「ロードバイクに心を盗まれた」では意味不明でしょ笑。

12速はそもそも走る場所によってスプロケを交換しない変わりに、フロントチェーンリングで調整する｡
もしジュニア用が出るならフロントリングですね。

例えば105Di2のフロントディレーラーは対応トップが50-52Tなので、フロント側ではどうにもいかない気がします。
