上位３つはほとんど差が出なかったのですが、概ね80～90rpmの範囲というところですかね。
おそらくだいたいはそんなあたりのケイデンスを維持して走る人が多いんじゃないかと思いますが、以前の目安だと「ロードバイクは90rpmを目安に」だった気がします。
最近は…この分野って研究とかあるのか知りませんが、アマチュアライダーは90rpmよりはちょい低めあたりがベターみたいに言われることが多いような。

ケイデンスが高すぎてもしんどいし、低すぎてもしんどいのですが、最適ケイデンスは自分で合うところを見つけるしかありません。

ちなみに前回の質問なのですが、

気持ちよく効率的に走れるケイデンス。

ケイデンスやギア比を見直すのも一つですが、ちょっと気になるのはスカスカ過ぎるとするなら「ローペース過ぎる」のだと思います。
いろいろ試すのはいいことですが、「ローペース」というところにこだわりすぎないほうがいいのかもしれません。

「数えないのが気持ち良い」というご意見もありますが、数字を追いかけるよりもフィーリング的に気持ちいいかどうかだけに集中しているとも言えます。
いろいろ考え過ぎてわからなくなったら、そのほうが正解なのかも。
